We started The IT Lab in 2021 to support businesses in Gibraltar, the UK and Switzerland with a different kind of IT partner — one that picks up, tells you the truth, and treats your business like a partner, not a ticket. Three founders, fifty‑plus years of combined experience in infrastructure, security and operations.
We're proudly local. Our team works from Gibraltar with both on‑the‑ground engineers and remote specialists, so you get a familiar face for on‑site work and a deep bench for everything else.

Our office is on City Mill Lane in the heart of Gibraltar — minutes from most of our clients. From there we cover sites in Gibraltar, the UK and Switzerland, mixing on‑site visits with a remote engineering team for the rest of the stack.
