Will my existing numbers transfer?
Yes. We port your existing Gibraltar numbers across with no downtime, on a date you choose. The number that prints on your business cards stays exactly the same.
What about poor internet?
We size and tune your bandwidth, prioritise voice traffic with QoS, and configure mobile failover. We won’t go live until call quality is rock solid in your office.
Do we need to buy new handsets?
Only if you want desk phones. Most teams run on softphone (laptop and mobile) only. If you want handsets, Yealink and Snom are our default kit — purchased or leased.
Can it integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We can deliver Teams as your softphone, with 3CX as the backend PBX — or run a 3CX/Teams hybrid where each user picks their preferred client.
