Do you also implement what you recommend?

We can, but we don’t have to. Many clients prefer us to recommend and project-manage, while a third party (or their own team) implements. Our consultancy advice is the same either way — vendor-neutral.

How is consultancy scoped and priced?

Either fixed-price for defined engagements (audits, roadmaps, migrations) or day-rate retainers for ongoing fractional CIO support. We agree the scope and the deliverable before any work starts.

Will you give a second opinion on an existing plan?

Yes. Independent review of an existing strategy, vendor proposal or architecture is a common engagement — typically a week of work and a written report your leadership can act on.

Can you help with regulator visits?

Yes. We’ve supported clients through GFSC, GDPR and ISO audits — preparing evidence, attending interviews and producing remediation plans where gaps are found.
